I ordered heating oil online which came promptly next day. Mike the delivery driver began filling the oil but quickly informed me that the tank was full already (the gauge had been broken) and was kind enough to come in and check on the tank to make sure everything was working correctly. Ive's was also able to credit back to me the amount I prepaid that didn't get used for next time I order. Thanks again, Mike. You were very helpful and informative!

1:35AM and the heating service guy just finished. The circulation pump which provided hot water to the upstairs baseboards decided that Christmas night, in 15°F weather, was the right time to fail. (It was 25 years old so I guess we got our money's worth out of it.) The tech called back within 10 minutes me talking to their answering service, he was here 30 minutes later, and they had the pump in stock. Less than 2 hours total from start to finish. Quick, top-notch, professional service.
